Honed By provides concrete grinding, honing, polishing and sealing on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This policy covers personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, information about your floor and anything you write in the message.

We also record which page you first arrived on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This tells us how people find us. We do not use it to identify you.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a site visit and carry out the work. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Enquiries are delivered to us by email through a third-party email provider. Your information may be processed on servers outside Australia by the providers that host this website and deliver our email.

Keeping it and getting it back

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your job and meet our legal obligations.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@honedby.com.au.
